Refund policy

To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment number if applicable. We only ship to billing address. All orders with different shipping addresses will be canceled.

ALL sales are FINAL and due to limited stock we do not offer refunds.

Returns are not allowed unless you have received the wrong item or size due to our fault. We do not accept returns for any other reason. In the rare instance that you receive a faulty item please send us an image as soon as possible so that we can look into and solve this. 

If for any reason you have a problem with an item please do contact us within 14 days so that we are able to remedy the situation. The item has to be unused and still in its original condition - this means they must be unworn, Undamaged, free from stains, hair, makeup, fragrance etc.
